Named IBM Premier Business Partner

July 29, 2004 -- Houston TX -- Computer Software Alliance, Inc. (CSA) announced today that IBM has named CSA as an IBM Premier Business Partner. Premier status is awarded only to a select group of IBM Business Partners.

The IBM Premier Business Partner designation is part of IBM's PartnerWorld program, which consists of three membership levels: Member, Advanced and Premier. IBM requires its Premier Business Partners to fulfill extensive and up-to-date product training requirements. Also, being an IBM Premier Business Partner signifies that the Business Partner has committed to deliver a high level of proven customer satisfaction, measured annually by an IBM-selected independent survey company.

CSA's team of experienced sales representatives and certified engineers have more than 50 years of combined experience with Informix and IBM software products. Our team includes former members of the Lenexa, Kansas based Informix sales and support staff allowing us to add their experience to that of our existing software group. Our in-house staff of IBM and Informix System Engineers -- and our entire technical support staff -- are focused on providing a superior level of "pre" and "post" sale technical support to our customers aimed at meeting their objectives and in turn, our own.

CSA's principals have been providing software solutions and consulting for nearly 10 years and specialize in complex Enterprise Messaging, Upgrade or Migration services, Collaborative Solutions, Custom Application Development, Domino Application Web Development, Project Management, and Technical or End User training. CSA supplies an assessment of technology needs and delivers projects from start to finish while keeping customer service and job quality a high priority. The CSA client list includes firms in the health care, oil and gas, telecommunications, and financial sectors.
